Parent Teacher Night

Dear Parents,

We are excited to inform you of our upcoming Parent Teacher Nights, where you will have the opportunity to meet with your child's teachers to discuss their progress.

The Parent Teacher Nights will take place across two separate evenings;

Parent Teacher Night for Year 7, 9 & 11 will occur on Tuesday 28^th March.

Parent Teacher Night for Year 8, 10, 12 will occur on Tuesday 4^th April.

The meetings will be held in person and will begin from 3:30 pm to 8:00pm.

To ensure a smooth and efficient process, we have planned the following schedule:

• Monday, March 13^th, parents will receive an email with instructions on how to login to the website and request teacher meetings.
• Wednesday, March 22^nd, parents will receive their schedules. Amendments can be made to your schedule.
• Friday, March 24^th, website will be closed so that teachers can prepare for their interviews. No requests and changes can be made to your schedules after this date.

We encourage all parents to take advantage of this opportunity to connect with your child's teachers and discuss their progress. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please ensure that we have the correct primary email address on file. Only the primary email address for each household will receive email instructions. Parents of students with dual custody noted in our system with also receive an email with instructions. If you have changed your primary contact email address, please ensure you update the school records before Parent Teacher Night by emailing han.ozmen1@det.nsw.edu.au
