Concert band program

The co-curricular Music program at Cronulla High School caters for musicians of all ages, abilities and interests, and provides opportunities for students to share music in a friendly and supportive environment. The CAPA staff remain committed to offering a variety of instrumental and vocal ensembles that will provide students with the opportunity to develop their musical skills and confidence.

Students from our programs are regularly selected to participate in prestigious ensembles and music camps including the State Schools Symphonic Wind Orchestra, State Music Camps, Sydney Southeast Symphonic Winds, and the Schools Spectacular, representing Cronulla High School at metropolitan, regional and state levels.

Students are also given the opportunity to audition for our Performing Arts Tours. In the past we have toured Queensland (2014), Los Angeles (2016), where performance venues included Disneyland, Hollywood Boulevard, and Universal Studios, and New York (2018).
