12 Hospitality

Year 12 Hospitality have been preparing meals using a variety of methods of cookery to produce quality dishes to industry standard. Methods include sous vide, poaching, braising,grilling, steaming and baking.

Students have used their excellent food preparation skills to a high standard and produced consistency amongst the team. Very proud of the group.
